Ski holidays in Les Diablerets

Les Diablerets is a chocolate box resort town along the north side of the Diablerets massif in the Swiss Alps. Because of its glacial location, great skiing and snowboarding conditions in Les Diablerets are all but guaranteed, making it a great location for all year round snow holidays. The resort is made up of three main ski areas: Glacier 3000, Meilleret, and Isenau, each offering a different skiing experience, it’s worth a visit to all three during your ski holiday!

Les Diablerets is tucked into the Swiss Alps in the Lake Geneva region of Switzerland. It is a large resort made up of three main ski areas comprising over 23 lifts, and over 1,800 metres of vertical descent. Cross country skiers and boarders will also find plenty to entertain them here.

Après ski

Les Diablerets is not known for its party-all-night après ski, however there are a few bars that are open until the early hours. The home of après ski in the resort is Rooster Bar up in Glacier 3000 which boasts the longest Oktoberfest around and a unique 3 cheese fondue which is certainly worth a try!

Eating out

Although the clubbing nightlife may be lacking in Les Diablerets, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from whether you're on the mountains or looking for somewhere to enjoy an evening meal. From country inspired and traditional dishes to Italian, Chinese, and pizza.

Non-ski activities

There are plenty of fun things to do around Les Diablerets apart from skiing. Kids will love the fun park and the ice skating and curling rink is open day and night for fun and games. For the more adventurous types, why not try ski-mountaineering or snow-shoeing, and of course everybody loves the sledge run which is open day and night.

Summer season

During the summer, this gorgeous mountain resort is a haven for sports and leisure holidays for all ages. Families can take advantage of the kids club, babysitting, and toy library, as well as the many playgrounds around the resort, older children and groups can tackle the adventure trail, the swimming pools, and a huge range of activities such as archery and tennis. And of course there are all the summer mountain pursuits available to try too including mountaineering, paragliding, mountain biking, rafting, and so much more.
